TEA2 brings the entire firm along to site visits as part of a weekly workshop or on-site review. I relish being able to visit a project in progress (especially a remodel/addition, where I can witness the transformation that will bring such joy to the client), knowing that each one of us played a part in making it happen, either as a permanent or part-time member of a project team.
