Typically, being a student intern is a one or two-year stint between undergrad and grad school. But several have stayed with us for three or even four years as it’s such a collegial environment—focused on learning and professional development. This has also inspired many student interns (including myself), who went away to school or on other life journeys, to later return to the firm to continue their careers.
