This owner wanted to restart a project he had put on hold 14 years earlier and wanted to be inspired. His plan was to be the general contractor and to help build himself.

The owner was looking for a small "village" of story-book buildings. We have created a site design and have designed a Gatehouse, Carriage House, Main house, and Mining Building. The Carriage House and Gatehouse are under construction.
