Range of Services - We are experienced in & provide these services on many projects: site planning, site design, building design, interior design including all permanent components including millwork & cabinetry, fireplaces, lighting, wall and floor finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware, etc.
 
Design Work Only - We also provide a limited service of design phase work only. We can tailor our services to each client’s need.

Specifications and Drawings are accurate and well targeted to what is needed to achieve distinction in design. The quality of construction documents is directly proportional to the predictability of the budget and schedule, the minimizing of mistakes and compromises, as well as the quality of construction.

Throughout our history, we have maintained a database of project budgets and component costs from all of our past projects. At the beginning of projects we use this large database to assist in setting realistic budgets and schedules. We also use this information to help our clients judge the competitiveness of contractor’s bids and to assist them in negotiating the best value possible for a given design.

We provide knowledgeable leadership in all of the major areas of design described above. We have a team approach with outside specialists such as interior designers, consulting landscape architects, structural engineers, etc. We provide clear leadership for this team in order to fully utilize individual skills with seamless, no-overlap relationships – all without losing a clear unified vision for the whole design.
