The nationally-syndicated PBS show, Hometime, commissioned TEA2 to design this home for a 13 part series. Their goal was to create a home that evoked the character of traditional, pre-war, and non mass-produced homes.
We added modern values that these older homes often lacked: modern planning; spaces that were open to each other and connected to the outdoors; spaces that functioned well and were filled with natural light.
